Each visit is tailored to the mom in need. Let us know your due date or how far postpartum you are, where you’re located, and what kind of support you're looking for.

We’ll schedule a short call or send a simple questionnaire to learn more about your preferences, dietary needs, and recovery goals. Whether you're healing from a cesarean delivery, breastfeeding, vegetarian, or managing low iron, we customize everything to support you.

  • Snack & Snuggle

    These are the snacks that can be enjoyed with one hand, because moms are always multitasking. We mix sweet with savoury and we always prioritize the nutritional gaps during the postpartum period.

    Offerings can include a mix of muffins, protein balls, egg bites, lactation cookies, quesadillas, sippable-soups, prepared protein packs and more

  • Fill the Freezer

    Your future self will be grateful when you have a variety of options to pull from the freezer, thaw and reheat! All of the meals and snacks made are purposefully selected because they taste great fresh as well as once you’ve defrosted them.

    Offerings include fully cooked options like muffins, hearty soups & stews and proteins that just require defrosting as well as meals prepped for the slow cooker such as fajita mix, pulled pork or garlic chicken.

  • Feed the Family

    Designed to look after moms nutritional needs but in quantities to feed the whole family. This includes a mix of snacks, soups and mains in hopes of keeping everyone fuelled.

    Offerings can include fresh options (jar salads, mama bowls & frittatas), plus options from the Snack & Snuggle and Fill the Freezer packages
