Together, we develop a meal plan that works for your preferences and incorporates many of the missing postpartum nutrients to keep you feeling nourished as a new mama.

Taking your personal preferences and nutritional needs into consideration, we take over your kitchen for a few short hours and leave you with a variety of quick and easy options specifically designed to replenish and support your postpartum healing journey from the inside out.

    New moms don’t need another cute onesie, they need to be fed and cared for. Think of these like a kitchen party with a cause! You bring the friends and we bring the recipes, ingredients, tools and leadership to leave your kitchen stocked for those hazy newborn days. When you’re caring for your new baby, we want you to feel like you’re being cared for and your needs are being met.
